I’m so thankful for Megan! Her classes are fun but challenging. She will hold you accountable but also has realistic expectations and truly wants to see you succeed! Her classes and home workouts are tough but doable, and she always checks in to see how you are doing/feeling. The personalized nutrition plan is great and leaves room for flexibility while still making healthy choices. I can honestly say I am never hungry. Megan’s help has been worth every (very reasonably priced) penny!

She taught me different ways to think about food, in terms of eating and preparing food. We also spent time discussing fitness topics, and even though I live in Phoenix, she was able to prescribe an exercise program that helped me meet my fitness and health goals. I finally lost those stubborn last 10 pounds I struggled to lose, strengthened my upper body and I even ran my first 5K race, with her training program, support, and encouragement. Junior is an exceptional trainer and coach. I've seen massive results in the time that I've worked with him. Not only is he extremely knowledgable about strength, conditioning, and sport-specific training, he is also very knowledgable about nutrition and supplements. Junior will motivate you to keep going when you want to quit, and will be your mentor, guide, and teacher to help you reach goals you never thought possible. I highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking about hiring a trainer or coach to help them get to the next level.
I have been training with Jonna for about 10 years. She understands my limits but still encourages me to try to surpass them. Being an older client at 71 years, she works on keeping me strong to prevent falls. She understands how to train both the young and the seniors. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to better themselves, train for competitions or just maintain. Along with her nutritional skills Jonna is a great trainer and always makes her sessions fun.

I have been working out with Will for over a year. His workouts are challenging and fun. Each workout varies. Will's passion is fitness and it shows in his teaching style. Will makes sure you use proper form and proper breathing to get the most out of each exercise! He is an expert in the use of kettlebell and Bulgarian bag. No two classes are ever the same. He also is expert in mobility. His classes have helped me increase strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Will as a trainer. His rates are very reasonable and you get great value for your money! Will lives what he teaches....if you have a nutrition question he knows the answer or will find it for you. He is personable and very easy to talk to. He will help you reach your fitness goals! Iron Will Athletics is awesome---Will has found terrific trainers to run the classes he doesn't teach. If you truly want to feel good about yourself and your body then you need to get in touch with Leon Genesis. His workout and nutrition plans go hand-in-hand and are fully custom to your lifestyle and goals! I find that Leon is extremely thorough when it comes to my diet, workout plan and over all every day activities in aims to hit my goals! My favorite part about the plan was the personal weekly checkups. I found that I kept hustling and grinding just so I had something good to tell him! And you know, it's ALL WORKING! So far I am down 15+ lbs and I feel great. Do not waste time, give this guy a shout. He really knows what he is talking about.
Donna Wolf is a very knowledgeable and professional Health and Nutritional specialist and advisor! She has done a terrific job in teaching and training our Women's Ministries group how to properly take care of themselves by using the proper rest, exercise, and nutrition! Not only has she held seminar-like meetings within our Women's Ministries group, she always makes available, special tools and materials to those ladies who are in need of help. She has done a terrific job also in reaching out on an individual basis as well! When I find myself in a nutritional rut, Donna is the one I'll call and trust.. her love for life and adventure is absolutely contagious! To know her is to love her!
This was a great program! Nick does a great job creating a program that is specific to each person. He uses foods that you already eat to create a great nutrition and exercise program. This is not a diet! Its a guide of meeting nutritional macros to hit your daily protein, carbohydrate, fat & fiber allotments. When I started his programming i was 215 lb with 17.86% body fat. At the end I hit my goal and dropped to 192 lb with 9% body fat. Nick knows what he is doing! Follow his programming and you will hit you goals no problem. Best part is this nutrition programming is sustainable too, if you keep yourself on his plan you can hit and maintain your goals long after your program ends. 100% satisfied customer here.
Sarahs workouts burn at least 1000 calories an hour just using my own body weight. She has kept me in the best shape of my life with just three workouts a week. I am a 36 year old guy that loves to race motorcycles. At my age, staying in good shape and health is even more important than ever because I am not as young and able to recover from injuries as I was when I was younger. Ty takes his training to another level. He is extraordinarily knowledgable and his love of training and body building shows in the extra effort he puts forth as a trainer. Ty takes the time to explain everything from how to do the exercise correctly (which helps avoid injury), to what muscles you should be utilizing, to how to property isolate those muscles and he gives instruction on proper hand/feet/knee etc placement for each exercise. All of this information combined allowed me to get better and faster results while minimizing any risk of injury. I became stronger and my muscles were more defined within weeks. For me personally, I was a dancer for decades and thought I knew my way around a gym/weight room so I was hesitant to hire a trainer. However, after hiring Ty as my trainer, I learned that there was so much that I didn't know about working out and it only took weeks of training under his program to see results!! He taught me how to work out property and how to better utilize my time during my workouts to get maximum results. He does a complete training program with meal prep and/or meal plans. He is very responsive to any program questions I have. I couldn't be happier with the results I've had and look forward to continuing my training with Ty. His knowledge and enthusiasm for training makes the entire experience extremely positive.
