I help people reduce adverse symptoms caused by food sensitivities such as: low energy, head fog, abdominal pain, gas/bloating, headaches, achy joints, and many others. I can help detect the 'problem foods' and develop a nourishing, satisfying meal plan that makes people feel good on the inside and out. I also help people with weight loss by taking a nondiet approach; i.e., out goes the scale and calorie-counting. Instead the focus is on designing an individualized meal plan based on your specific needs. This includes nutrition education, practicing body awareness and approaching your health and well-being by setting long-term goals and developing lifelong habits. Some other conditions I have helped people with are IBS, migraines, fibromyalgia, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and hyperglycemia.

What you choose to eat becomes a part of your body, and therefore directly affects how you feel on the inside. Food is truly the foundation of your health.
