Abtin is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. First of all, he is a really good listener. I mean from the time we did the first fitness assessment I could tell he was interested in getting to know me and really understand what motivates me. One of the things I like about training with him is that he really plans our workouts in advance and knows exactly what we are going to work on. The workouts really progressed at the right pace for me so I was able to push myself without feeling sore every day. That is exactly what I asked him to help me do! Even though I have a lot of experience in the gym myself, I am seeing results I never even expected. Thanks Abs!!!

Abtin is an amazing trainer! He's tough on me and always encourages me to do better. He is very hard working and will push you to be at your best. I've been working with Abtin for only two short months and im very happy with my body now. Im 9 pounds lighter, still losing weight and gaining muscle! And I feel fantastic! I Definitely recommend Abtin as a personal trainer.
