Introduction: I am a CWSL graduate who passed the California bar on my first attempt. I then worked for a big law firm for 3+ years before starting my own solo practice. I want to have a closer relationship with my clients to better understand each clients needs rather than seeing clients simply as a file number. I am also a licensed real estate authorized to conduct sales and purchases. I got my license in real estate to be able to assist my clients from all angles when it comes to real estate, whether it be residential, commercial, or investment.

I loved working with Julia. I hired her to do some contract law for my business and we spent a lot of time on the phone reviewing everything. She took the time to understand my business and what I needed the contracts for. Julia is highly knowledged in law and gave a lot of invaluable advice. I felt very protected having her by my side and the contracts she helped me with ACTUALLY protected us as we had an issue arise and the contract came into play. Highly recommend Julia for any legal inquiries as she is also very approachable and friendly, but has a strong personality (trust me- you want that in an attorney).

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Of the main reasons I went solo is so clients do not have to worry about money when it comes to looking for competent representation. I will work with clients who are experiencing financial difficulty to come to a resolution that will work for both of us.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I give a free 20 minute consultation so we can discuss the issue they are facing and what my initial thoughts are. If we decide after this consultation to move forward with representation, I will send a retainer agreement, and once I receive the signed retainer agreement we will immediately discuss strategies and game plans moving forward.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked for 3+ years in a large labor and employment firm where I represented only employees against both large companies like Walmart and Amazon as well as smaller employers. Prior to my law career, I worked along side my parents in the hospitality industry. They have also now expanded into apartment building. I manage all of their properties, employees, as well as working with the difference franchises. With experience both working for the employer and employee, I can relate and understand both sides and will work for an amicable resolution for both parties.
