- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Of the main reasons I went solo is so clients do not have to worry about money when it comes to looking for competent representation. I will work with clients who are experiencing financial difficulty to come to a resolution that will work for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give a free 20 minute consultation so we can discuss the issue they are facing and what my initial thoughts are. If we decide after this consultation to move forward with representation, I will send a retainer agreement, and once I receive the signed retainer agreement we will immediately discuss strategies and game plans moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 3+ years in a large labor and employment firm where I represented only employees against both large companies like Walmart and Amazon as well as smaller employers. Prior to my law career, I worked along side my parents in the hospitality industry. They have also now expanded into apartment building. I manage all of their properties, employees, as well as working with the difference franchises. With experience both working for the employer and employee, I can relate and understand both sides and will work for an amicable resolution for both parties.
