- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Budget is a very important part of any event and I like to provide quality work and flowers at a great price. I do provide budget friendly packages as well as the ability to make a custom package to meet my customers budget . Payment plans are available with the understanding the full balanced must be paid 30 days prior to event in order to ensure product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before meeting with my new customers I like to encourage my customer to collect a few pictures of ideas they may have. I will also do some basic research based upon the information they provide prior to meeting and have my own set of photos or flowers to share. If a customer is unclear of their vision I will provide different samples based upon the information provided by the customer (ex venue and color).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years floral background which includes, private shops, freelance, franchises and warehouse. Within in each different setting I have learned high end designing, everyday designing , the proper care of processing and storing flowers, transporting , and set ups.
