Introduction: Serenity is a veteran-owned, small event planning company specializing in event coordination for nonprofits, small businesses, the government and individuals.
We focus on items such as site selection, contract negotiations, meeting management, transportation coordination and entertainment along with all the administrative concerns an event calls for. Serenity has put on multi day conferences at the Department of Tourism as well as conferences and extended programs for international groups, appreciation dinners, grand openings and receptions.
As a retired Army officer, I have an extensive planning background in both conventional and unconventional events, a graduate degree in event planning from George Washington University as well as having earned the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.

Sallay responded promptly to our request for services, and asked for additional information so she could provide a detailed proposal. She did a terrific job of coordinating our conference, learning our industry as we met over the course of several months and balancing creativity, expectations and budgets. She was a very professional presence with our vendors and on site at our event. Her billing was detailed and easy to track. We're using her again for our next conference and would recommend her whole heartedly.
