I will always try to accommodate customers budgets without comprising the quality of the ingredients I use
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting customers face to face and LISTENING to them. If this isn't possible a phone consultation works just as well. We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Using my degree in culinary arts and 15 plus years’ management experience in the industry including luxury hotels and front of the house, I would be able to deliver high-quality service and great tasting food to your guests while maintaining quality standards. I bring a unique blend of creative flair and passion for food, strong business sense and engaging interpersonal skills.
