I hired Chef Simo for a bridal event. I loved how open to my menu ideas he was and he was able to accommodate special diet requests. His speciality is italian but he delivered us the best mexican dishes ever! Him and his partner arrived to our house with great attitudes, and my guests really enjoyed watching them cook. Everything was made fresh and from scratch. Chef Simo prepared for us veggie empanadas, veggie tostadas, chicken and shrimp mini skewers as appetizers. Then for our salad we were given a fish ceviche with a Cuban twist that was to die for! As our main entree we had fresh fish tacos with the best homemade tortillas. And to top it all off Chef Simo made Melba cream peaches which were the most delicatable desserts ever! Chef Simo was professional, friendly, and did an amazing job! I will definitely book him again.
