Introduction: I am a graduate from the Cordon Bleu culinary school and have been in Hawaii for the last five years, cooking as a personal chef for some famous people, like Adam Sandler and Kelsy Grammar and their families.
Not only that; I have been a Chef de Partie for some world-renowned first-class resorts and hotels. I specialize in French cooking methods and sauces, Pacific Rim cuisine, and much more.
Thai food is one of my many specialties, and am very confident that I can make any cuisine from any region in the world taste amazing. I can also carve ice and had a two-year apprenticeship learning the skill. The culinary journey is exciting and never ending, and I love it!
