- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I tell everyone to purge anything they can get rid of. I offer same day donation haul away in my SUV to nearby donation centers. Then I get things categorized in bins or boxes. Then I put everything away neatly where it makes sense to put things. I make product recommendations for storage solutions and will even go out and buy the things for you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in social work. I love helping people feel more at peace in their space. Setting goals and reminders to keep their space decluttered. I also worked in office management before becoming an organizer so I have a lot of experience in scheduling, data entry, organizing an office, equipment set up.
