I did Bo's group fitness classes, he was very positive and supportive. He was also very knowledgable! I had some knee pain from a previous injury, Bo was able to adjust workouts without sacrificing results! He was always available for questions (and believe me I had a lot). Overall, I had an amazing experience. He also provides a diet plan that is extremely user-friendly with variety. I'm not the type of person that LOVES to work out, but I know it's one of those things I need to do. Training with Bo has ignited interest and motivation in me to work out and get moving. I do 1:1 with Bo 3 times a week, and I look forward to every single one of our sessions. Each session is different, challenging and dynamic. From conditioning, to resistance, to strength, to cardio, to balance... all is jammed in a single session. The best trainer you could ask for! He is great at helping you push your limits and make you go outside your comfort zone.
