Pam has been my trainer for the last 7 years. For the first 6 years she came to my house and for the past year, we have done our workouts through Skype. She is consistent, thorough and always takes the time to consider my strengths and weaknesses when developing a plan. I've seen her working with others as well. Some people like routine and others, like me, need to change things up, and Pam is flexible enough to accommodate all styles. She is excellent at helping people rehab after an injury and can develop workout routines for just about anyone from the triathlete in training to the senior looking to keep muscles in motion. Her never-give up attitude is infectious and inspiring. There is no such thing as wasted time or energy when working out with Pam.

Pam was my trainer for several months this past year. I loved working with her! She lovingly encouraged me to meet my goals. I learned a lot from working with her, and felt my strength and stamina increase throughout our session. You should see my arms! It was clear throughout our time together that she really cared about me, and wanted the experience to reenforce my love for movement and exercise. Pam isn't the kind of trainer who is going to scream at you and make you feel bad. She's the kind of trainer that will draw out your strengths, find the things you love to do, and introduce you to your new favorite workout routine. If you want your workout to relieve stress, strengthen your body, and boost your self esteem, Pam is a great trainer to work with. The relationship I've had with Pam has been a very personal one. She has always gone above and beyond, and I am lucky to count her as a friend.

I highly recommend Pam Iuppa as a Personal Trainer. I have worked with Pam twice a week since February. I worked with several other trainers before I discovered Pam. Pam is the total package. She is extremely knowledgeable, personally inspiring, genuinely compassionate and professional. She has everything I need to be successful with my workout regimen. Pam is an exceptional trainer. She tailors each workout to address my specific needs. She challenges me with a variety of exercises that grow more difficult as we progress. She is able to keep each session exciting by using a variety of tools and techniques that focus on strength, mobility and posture. She has a positive, encouraging approach. What is most impressive about Pam is her incredible knowledge base, her ability to keep the training sessions interesting, and her ability to push me hard enough to make continued progress without becoming overwhelmed. Her enthusiasm about wellness is contagious and I have benefited from each and every workout. Pam has been an absolute blessing.
