I have hired Hugo Benson for 4 events, 2 parties with over 150 guests, and 2 photo shoots for my teenage daughter. Hugo does not hard sell his services during the consultation. He doesn't have to, his work speaks for itself. The on location photo shoots result in more interesting and dynamic looking photos than traditional studio shots (though he does those too.) The poses and compositions are creative and capture the personality of the subject, and the expressions look natural. His attention to detail, and ability to make the subjects feels comfortable results in one of a kind photos. He will compose an album for review, which I really appreciated because it removed the hassle of me having to do it, not that I could do it anyway since I do not have any creative/artistic talent whatsoever. Hugo shows up on time, is flexible, and will spend as much that's necessary to get all of the shots you need. We booked him for a 2 Sweet 16 parties and 2 Urban Photoshoots. The resulting albums were nothing short of stunning. Book him early, there's no one better and he's worth every penny!

I've had the wonderful pleasure of working with Hugo Benson for a couple of photo shoots for my daughter. He is amazing! Very professional and a pleasure to talk to. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simply: Talk! We love speaking with our new customers and getting a feel for what they're looking for in their pictures. Everyone has a different style and we like to cater to their style the best we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We can't keep up in an ever evolving trade such as photography. If you do not continue to educate yourself on new equipment, techniques and trends; you just simply get behind. The education never ever stops!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We photograph all kind of events: Individuals (Regular and Senior Portrait Sessions), Families, Engagements, Weddings, Sweet SIxteens and Quinceñeras (Our work is well recognized in the Quinceañera market), and some other special event like: The Latin American Art Festival.
