If you are doing a thorough, meticulous jobs, the job should take a lot of steps. You need to take the time to accurately diagnose the problem, and not guess. After the problem is fixed you have to be patient and take the time to make sure the problem plumbing works correctly with no leaks. After you are done, you have to take the time to clean up your mess and leave it better than when you found it. It does feel good to work hard, and build something, then to look back at what you have built and have pride in that. Meeting different people all over the city is great too.

I felt like a lucky guy after Mitch replaced my water heater. He had the unit available to replace mine in his truck, so no waiting, he carries a high quality brand, not comparable to the Home Depot ones. I posted my request and in the same day Mitch showed up and replaced my unit fast. He explained every option possible very professionally. The best part was the price, his price was lower than all my quotes. Will call him again for all my future plumbing problems.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system is straight forward, and the least complicated of all the pricing systems out there. It is a flat rate pricing system. The price quotes includes everything including tax. The price stays the same however long the job takes, and the price is given before the job begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
If you are not changing, then you are declining. We are always reading trade magazines, and attending classes to learn the latest plumbing trends, but as well as learning how to better serve our customers through customer service classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I followed my Grandpa and Dad into the business.
