Client is in Hawaii and wanted Lewis Plumbing to inspect their property here in Escondido and offer a quote. We informed the husband after discussing the job, that Lewis plumbing was willing to inspect the property with in 2 - 1/2 weeks, due to scheduling and it was agreed. With in 2 weeks time, we spoke to Cris, the wife, twice about the job. At no time did we discuss expectations of when she needed the inspection completed by. The following week the property was inspected and as we prepared to call the client with information we discovered, we noticed her review on Thumbtack and the owner of the company concluded to end the pursuit of servicing the client. We never meant for the client to think we didn't want the job.
