- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All of our commission structures are negotiable and circumstantial when it comes to listing and selling real estate. When we work with buyers, our services are FREE!! We do have a unique standard price for our property management services, which is highly competitive. There are possible scenarios however that would potentially adjust our property management service price as well, such as property management take-over. We offer a service that has no monthly payment structure, that can average out as low at $65 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I meet a new client, the most important things are to learn what you need from me. I start conversations out by asking what questions you specifically have and make sure to address each question you bring up. I will also fully explain the process from beginning to end, whether you're a homeowner looking for property management, a seller, buyer, or investor. I am surrounded by a team of professionals who assist with each aspect of the business, to ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction are met. It is important for me to stress that I am here for you. I live with that attitude and will do my very best to exceed each of my client's expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have real estate licenses in both Illinois and California. Since joining my company we have successfully added $200 Million in assets under management and have expanded to 7 separate offices, over the past four years. I have over ten years of successful business management experience, profitably managing multiple businesses and have well guided hundreds of employees over the course of my career.
