On-site Property Management Team

Introduction: We take pride in our work interacting and communicating easily with owners, tenants, vendors and other team players. Most recently, over the past 4 years, we have been the on-site resident managers of an upscale 18-unit apartment building in the Hillcrest area of San Diego, CA. Working directly with the owner, we developed a very close friendship that was sadly interrupted last year by his passing. The property is now being sold, so we are available for a new opportunity in property management or other field in which our skills and experience will be of value.
