James and his team are an experienced Property Management company. I'm content with the decision I made having them manage my properties.

James Burreii of SDCPM managed our rental property at Rancho Bernardo from 2012 to 2013. He did an outstanding job and relieved us from headaches dealing the tenant, from minor and major repairs, maintenance, unexpected problem issues, and most of all rental collection.

My properties have been managed by James Burrell @ SDCPM for about 12 years. The quality of service provided by James and his staff has always been prompt, dependable and professional. I am very satisfied and highly recommend their services.

I am very satisfied with the services of James Burrell. SDCPM secured good tenants, the tenants take care of my properties and pay rent on time. James does everything necessary to keep my properties going. I has very hands on, now I just like to receive the rent and have SDCPM deal with the rest.
