- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Buyers get my services at no cost to them. I charge sellers a negotiable low rate to put their property on the market and get it sold.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Sure. I take classes all the time. I have earned plenty of designations along the way such as Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representation Specialist, Real Estate Technology Expert, and more. I don't put all those letters behind my name to impress people though. I currently train other real estate agent in a weekly seminar.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend of mine from church talked me into it. I was in law enforcement at the time. I was mortified to think about a job where there was no guaranteed salary and no benefits. Eventually, I went for it and have not looked back since.
