- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a buyer there are no fees to work with me, my goal is to find you the perfect property and all fees due to me are paid by the sellers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For sellers, I prepare a custom presentation based on their home, which includes all advertising necessary, local and national, arranging open houses, introducing the home to fellow agents and neighbors, and helping stage their homes so it presents in the best light to buyers. I ensure that all offers are presented and that the seller receives the highest and best possible for their property. With buyers, I ensure they are pre-approved by a mortgage professional, arrange viewings of suitable properties and guide them throughout the buying process, with as much hep as I can give. Negotiation is key when helping buyers obtain the best possible purchase price and close of escrow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a fully licensed Realtor, we have extensive training regarding current market conditions, new laws and regulations. I also have my Property Management Certification which assists investors with their rental properties.
