If you have the right real estate agent, you are most likely to have a positive experience - whether buying or selling your home. Austin was the right agent for me. Having never sold a home before, I was hesitant to get started in the process. Especially, in such a fickle market. Austin was extremely patient with me while I took my time planning this big life change. He waited out the months until it was the perfect time to list my condo. He helped me understand a lot of the selling process. He answered all my questions, and walked me through the entire process. Once he listed my place on the MLS, we had the perfect buyer the next day! The condo was only on the market for a total of three days. It was amazing how quickly my place sold. I was forewarned by friends that escrow was going to be stressful, and a lot of paperwork. Austin made it as comfortable and painless as possible. He was committed to helping me through the entire process, from start to finish. Investor Agent- I will ultimately be the best for your needs as I too like to invest. I can discuss this on a personal level, but I have been known to invest with clients.
