I hired the Go Clean crew a month ago to clean a client's property that I sold. I obtained bids from several other cleaning companies. My clients wanted the lowest price and we settled on Go Clean. At first I was a bit skeptical in going with the lowest price, however both my client and I were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of service but more importantly with their attention to detail and professionalism. We just bought a new home and were in need of a move-out/deep clean for the condo we were renting. We needed to find someone to clean the place very well to ensure no issues would be presented during move-out that would result in deduction from our security deposit. After extensive research of numerous cleaning companies, we ended up hiring James and very happy we did. James was extremely responsive from the very beginning since reaching out to him, and is very professional. We stopped by in the middle of cleaning to check in, and he welcomed us in and walked us around our home showing us everything he had already cleaned, and pointed out what he had left and planned to clean. Once the job was finished, James had us walk around and make sure he didn't miss anything and that we were pleased with everything before he left. We have hired many cleaning companies over the years and James is by far one of the best. He exceeded all our expectations and went above and beyond with his attention to detail. My first initial conversation was great with Jose. He said he wanted to beat a previous quote ($180 house clean only) that I was given. Provided his reviews and the offer, I accepted. We set a time for him to preview the home that needed the move out cleaning and I learned then that he also offered carpet cleaning as well. So I asked him to quote that too. He came and gave me the updated price of 200 for the cleaning and 100 for carpet cleaning. I stated that the property needed to be completed before the 9th which was the day my client/sister needed to hand over her keys. So we scheduled for the 7th at 8 am. On the 6th I called Jose to confirm since I didn't not get a reminder from him. When we spoke he thought our appointment was for the 9th. I reminded him it was tomorrow the 7th 8 am. He said he wasn't able to do it at that time anymore and if I could please be okay with the 8th. I, at that point, was already having concerns now for my client/sister. After discussing the new date with her we agreed to move forward and go with the new date of the 8th at 1pm for cleaners and approx. 4pm for carpets. The next day i got a call again thst his original clea ers were not able to make it nut that he was syill anle to get a replacement crew. OK fine I guess. No changes in time or anything. The cleaning crew came as expected and were great. They seemed very hard working. I had stopped in through out the cleaning time frame and handed the crew leader the $200 portion for the cleaning only and asked her to text or call me when carpet guy arrived. Instead I received a call yet again from Jose saying the carpet cleaner can only do the 9th. I was upset but he made me feel at ease by saying they would be there 8 am sharp and done within a couple hours. The next morning i chatted with Jose and my client to confirm them meeting each other on site to complete the carpets. At that point I remembered that my client/sister had asked me to have them do a quick run over with the cleaning machine on a small area rug. Jose said he'd have to see it but that it would be about an extra 40 bucks. Which rationally seemed a bit high. I told him that it was only small and that he could discuss that portion with my client/sister. In the end i left everything to my sister because she was the one who was going to pay for the carpet cleaning part. When I called later on that afternoon to see how things went, she seemed frustrated that her total came out to $180. It turned out that Jose said to her that when he initially came out he didn't realized how bad the carpet was because the furniture was there which is not entirely true because he came for quotes when we were 3/4 of the way moved out. I became very mad and immediately text Jose that he better not try to hustle more money out of my clients/sister. I've then found out that she had actually already paid him the money and that the carpet cleaners were already done and it was too late. Jose had tried to reach me the following day regarding my text and I did decline his calls as I did not want to hear the excuses and was over it. He did offer to discount any next job because I had told him I am a realtor and would refer him out to many other jobs. I'm really bummed that this was such a difficult process therefore I am worried to use him again. Maybe I'll give him a shot at something more simple next time. But a move out cleaning and carpets cleaned seems pretty simple to me. Just appears to be some lack of structure with his business.

I own several properties in North America and I wish I could have Sunny Coast Manage all of them. Sunny Coast has been managing my SanDiego properties for over 5 years and have been doing a fantastic job. They take care of everything including managing repairs and services, tenant placememts, and paying property expencies. Their management fees are very reasonable. They are responsive and provide a high level of service. They also have a good eye for the right tenant. All my tenants were evaluated and qualified by Sunny Coast and each tenant has been great and headache free. Best of all they don't bother me....they take care of the issues quickly and efficiently on their own. Their accounting is extremely transparent and all property expencies and revenues can be found very easily online where it's updates regularly. You can filter different categories such as taxes, rent income, repairs, etc....they also upload scans/copies of services invoices and bills to your account. Very user friendly.

I sent pictures to Junk King for a quote. They quoted me at $300 to remove my junk. I sent the same pictures to Emilio who quoted me at half the price! Now about my experience. First off, communication was excellent! Replied back in a very timely matter! Second, we had a time set, 11 am. I had to change the time to 1pm due to a last minute doctors appointment. I asked if we could reschedule to a later time and he obliged with no problem. I texted him that I was home an hour early (12pm) and he could come whenever. He texted back and said he would be there in 3 minutes, AND HE WAS! Third, he was able to fit all my junk in one trip which saved me money. He was done in about 20 min and left the area spotless. Very courteous and personably. This is my 3rd time hiring a junk removal company and by far the best. Thanks again!

I enjoyed my experience today. I was able to call this morning and get my stuff hauled away the same day. The guy showed up as scheduled and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. The price was less than I expected to pay for same day service for all the junk that I wanted dispose of. I know there are many property management companies that don't care about doing their job well. Veronica really cares and does everything in a professional manner. I would have to say my experience was really good. Gehron construction was very professional both times I've used them. One small project, an add on and another larger project, a full remodel. Both jobs were completed on schedule and turned out great. All of my calls and questions were answered right away. I will use this company again in the future for many of my investments here in Riverside County.
I requested several bids from different contractors to trim my trees in the Poway area. I have 8 full grown trees, plus 7 eucayptus trees along one side of my house, and 5 palm trees on my property (two of which are easily over 40 ft. tall). I hired Bernie because he is licensed and bonded, is knowledeable and experienced, and he offered me the most reasonable bid, overall, to do the work. Bernie brought in his crew and they worked for over 6 hours on a hot 93 degree Saturday to trim and clean-up all of my trees. Not only was their work outstanding, they did a great job of cleaning up my property before they finished. I would definitely recommend Bernie and his crew for tree trimming and other landscaping work!!
