I was born and raised in San Diego. I studied at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a hands-on approach to learning at the #1 construction management school in the nation. I moved back to SD and started working for a custom home company, Select Builders, and learned the right way to build homes. As the residential market crashed, I moved to Reno Contracting, Inc., San Diego's premier commercial contracting company. I worked on projects from parking structures, 6-story steel framed office buildings to commercial tenant improvements, biotech labs, solar parking canopies to the VA outpatient clinic in Oceanside and now restaurants at Rancho Bernardo Inn. My background on commercial and residential construction, mixed with my InterNACHI certification makes me an overqualified expert in home inspections.
