Karl was great to work with. He helped review a roof/leak issue, presented a few options, and executed the job in a timely/professional manner. He ended up repairing a problematic spot on my roof, truing up other points/flashings, and applying white elastomeric material throughout. Studied and practiced roof systems since 1999, masonry since 2004, including chimney systems. Worked landscaping for 3yrs. Labored to build and or restore several multi-family buildings. Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Continued education with an emphasis in small business entrepreneurship, asbestos and lead awareness.
