- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is going to depend on the scope of the project. A simple one-time set up will be priced differently than monthly marketing services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally have an in-depth conversation about who the target audiences are, what has or hasn't worked in the past for the client, turn around time, budgets, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience. I also have a certification in Google Ads.
