It was an awesome experience with Benito (Matias Flooring); he was on time; professional in every aspect; he explained what he needed to do and how he was going to complete the work. We had a floor board the was cut by a falling piece of furniture and he was able to fix that one board without tearing up the entire floor. It looks like it was their from the beginning. He also repaired some poor workmanship on two base boards and they look brand new. Highly recommend Benito for any type of flooring repair or installation. Great price as well!! Thanks Benito!!

1st - I want to say that Ty was flexible and worked around our schedule. That is always a plus. We had just 3 weeks to complete the remodeling of our one bedroom cottage to get it ready for my mom. Once all household items were moved out and certain repairs made, that left just one week for the flooring to be done but he was able to complete the installation of the flooring on time and on budget. His bid was very reasonable and less than the other 2 bids we received and we were quite happy that we selected him to do the job. 2nd - quality of workmanship was outstanding. He did an awesome job! We selected and purchased the flooring and he picked up all the materials. He made a couple of suggestions on type of flooring/wood molding and prep so we could keep the cost down, which is always appreciated. Once we get the place organized, will take and post photos. The friends who have stopped by to visit are awed by the quality of the flooring. One thing they have noticed is that he removed all the door thresholds making it a lot easier for my mom to get around with her walker/cane. But it is also makes it easier for anyone who lives there. I would not hesitate to use him again for any flooring project I have. I have already recommended him to one of my friends who is going to remodel part of their home. He is young, energetic and knows what he is doing.

Keith repaired our drywall to perfection! He returned two days in a row to make sure that the drywall mud was drying properly. It was not a large job by any means, but Keith insisted on going the extra mile. Great job! We will definitely use his company again.

I have used Casey Thompson, WCT Construction, on a number of projects in two different houses. I tell Casey what I would like to have done, and he takes my ideas and improves them. Painting, plumbing, baseboards and crown molding, deck repair and gates, Casey has done it all in a timely manner, excellent price, and above all, quality work. I have recommended him to many people and will use him again!

I hired Jose to demo the complete interior of a dilapidated rental house to get ready for renovation. He was punctual and a great communicator throughout the entire process. I am very busy with work but Jose made the process very convenient by sending me pictures as they went to keep me updated on the job. I would recommend Jose and am planning on hiring him for the drywall and framing as well.

Dave personally came out to do the bid and repair, he was very easy to work with, explained every part of the job, and completed the job for the lowest price based on other estimates I received. I look forward to a continued relationship with D.A.N. Construction.

Remodeled my mom's kitchen after a water leak disaster. Fast, friendly, efficient, prompt service. Great end product. Demo'd old cabinets, drywall, insulation, flooring, subfloor, plumbing, did mold abatement, then replaced all. Also installed beautiful new tile backsplash. Looks great!

I am a general contractor and have worked with many tile contractors. I hired Brian for a new house project after getting an estimate for my project. He did an outstanding job at a great price. Really went above and beyond to keep my client happy. He will be my go to tile guy from now on. Owner, Rockbilt Construction

As the Project Manager for an upgrade to a condo for resale, I hired Emmy Hyde to do the work. She did a great job! Her attention to detail was impressive and she was very easy to work with. As an Interior Designer, I work with a lot of contractors who assume I know nothing about their trade and often condescend or disregard my opinion. On the contrary with Emmy, even though she knows her trade well. Will definitely hire her again.

Sergio Flores was fantastic. He came to give me an estimate the same day I called. His bid was very fair and he started the repair to my bamboo flooring the very next day. His crew worked into the night to finish the job in one day. I also asked him to bid on my fence repair and the exterior painting on my home. He is working on my fence today. I like that he bids the labor and material separately. He is easy to communicate with (I don't speak Spanish). I would definitely use him for all of my future projects. I have already referred him to my neighbor for her fence repair. When you find a contractor that can handle various projects, is prompt and honest, I hold on to them. I am willing to share him once he finishes my projects. Mary Malone 760-450-6215

It started off as a simple job, pull some vinyl that was separating from the subfloor in a very small bathroom and replace it with ceramic tile. The job was scheduled to take a day and a half (a good portion of that time is waiting for the tile to set) but as soon as James pulled the vinyl back there was a homeowner's worst nightmare, mold from a leaky toilet. James then worked tirelessly for the next four and a half days removing all the damaged subfloor, the cast iron plumbing that had rotted out, the floor joists and tearing the bathroom down to dirt. When he rebuilt it he added more floor joists to support the floor and concrete board over the new subfloor as well as tar paper to seal the whole thing. It's the most stable floor in the house. James worked tirelessly, he was at the jobsite at least 8+ hours a day, plus purchasing materials and dumping the waste at night. When it finally came time to lay the tile and James brought a helper in. The tile looks fantastic and I am happy to know that there is no more mold hidden in the floor. James left the jobsite clean and clear at the end of each day and at the end of the project, some contractors rush that part of the job. The rates were more than reasonable considering the hidden damage and repairs that had to be done. He even put up with my mom watching him and asking a million questions. We are very pleased with the quality of the work.
