FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step when signing up a new customer for weekly service is to meet with them and go over everything that's included/not included. We don't want there to be lingering questions for them or for us- which brings me to the next step where we go through a checklist regarding the pool, water chemistry, equipment etc. By doing both steps it provides both parties with the information they need to make an informed and educated decision.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If a company hasn't physically been out to your pool, but given you an estimate-chances are you will be looking at a much higher price when they get there. Make sure they take the time to come out to see the pool, equipment etc. Ask what is included and if they charge for additional chemicals or services
