Ray came out and did a detailed inspection (more thorough than the other two companies). He was very sincere and his price was fair. Plus we didn't have to leave the house during the treatment. Frank showed up and did the work. He was very clean and respectful. At the end of the day I was very happy with the over all experience. They gave me a 3 year warranty on my whole house.

Like so many people, I live in a condo complex that is under inspected and under treated for termites. Subterranean termites destroyed a bathroom several years ago. Now termites are having a go at my new wood floor! And let's not even get started about the attic. Another company inspected and found nothing but one spot. We started looking more closely, and found evidence of several more spots. That's when I call Hi-Tech. After a top to bottom free evaluation, they located several trouble spots, offering great solutions for each. I was amazed at how thorough Mike, the technician was. He managed to climb into some pretty tight spots on a very hot day to treat in our attic. Very professional. Hard working. Also kudos to the general manager, Jeff, who conducted the inspection. Pick this company!

We had termite droppings and needed an inspection for the extent of the damage and were looking for a very professional team. Hi-Tech fulfilled the requirements. Ray came to the house and was here for 3 1/2 hours doing an EXTREMELY thorough inspection. He completely explained where the issues were, how they would be treated (he gave us options and described why one might be better than the other), who would be here, how long they would be here, the terms of the contract and warranty, and the costs. We interviewed other companies, and there was really no comparison - Ray is truly a professional. We had the work done today and they were very thorough, worked steadily throughout the day, and cleaned up as though they were never here. Great experience and thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing can vary based on the size of the structure, amount of infestation, and amount of labor needed to remedy the problem. A full inspection is the only way to determine the exact pricing. Most of our quotes range between $1700-$2500
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an inspection to determine if there are termites. The inspection is free of charge unless you need the report for an escrow/re-finance transaction. If termites are found, then we identify which species and the severity of the infestation so that the correct treatment plan can be provided. A termite report with the treatment plan and pricing is then furnished to the home owner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees are all state licensed through the Structural Pest Control Board. A full background check is also done on all employees.
