Latest Review: I’m so thankful for Megan! Her classes are fun but challenging. She will hold you accountable but also has realistic expectations and truly wants to see you succeed! Her classes and home workouts are tough but doable, and she always checks in to see how you are doing/feeling. The personalized nutrition plan is great and leaves room for flexibility while still making healthy choices. I can honestly say I am never hungry. Megan’s help has been worth every (very reasonably priced) penny!

Latest Review: Rich's style of training is like no other. He's not the yell at you trainer, he's not the clipboard trainer, he's a pure motivator. Rich is an artist in the gym. His training sessions are ever revolving. In the past year, no 2 training sessions have ever been the same. I can't say enough good things about training with Rich, but if you want to change who you are physically for the long term, he's the trainer for you.

Latest Review: Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with several personal trainers and Markshane is the best I have found. The routines are tailored for my body and fitness level and each routine is different. The custom routines, keep you motivated and are targeted for your specific body needs. Markshane is tough, but professional and personable. He takes a special interest in your fitness goals. The recommendation is really in the results and I have seen the results. After just a few weeks, I have lost weight and can see my body becoming fit and tone all over. I am now performing workouts that I did not know I was capable of doing and gaining strength as I watch the positive changes in my body. Shape Up Studio comes highly recommended by me.

Latest Review: Jon is an awesome trainer. I had a bad back and a knee injury while working with him and he tailored all my sessions depending on how I was feeling. He is very knowledgeable and flexible with working with my hectic schedule. I highly recommend Jon. As well as being an awesome trainer, he is a great guy very personable. Overall I have nothing but good things to say about Jon and nothing negative to say about my experiences.

Latest Review: I am so glad that I was able to choose Dustin R. as my personal fitness trainer. He works extra hard to meet and surpass our weekly goals. I am amazed on how dedicated he is to training me each session because he's always out early to set up and prepared all my exercises for the day. What I like most about his training is that he's always motivating me to go that extra inch no matter if I'm down to my knees. He not only trains me alone, but has also does group training for my friends and I which makes me work twice as hard. If you want results, have a healthy diet and be prepared to train hard with him for your best results.

Latest Review: David is a great trainer! Definitely not one of those “yelling at you” trainers. He makes sure to push you past your limits but makes sure to adjust every work out to ensure your comfortable and hitting the isolated muscles that he know you want to work on!

Latest Review: I have done spin and core classes with Dan for a few years. It has always been a fun, dynamic experience. The classes started at 5:45 am. At that time, you need a good instructor to get you going. Dan always did that with a great spin routine that provided a good warmup and cool down with a main workout that was as tough as you wanted it to be. All the time projecting a great attitude that made you want to work harder and stay with the peloton. Highly recommended! Enjoy the workouts!

Latest Review: First, I would like to thank you Tom to help me feel confident and make my workout joyful and efficiency like I never feel before. I really appreciated your time and patience with me in every session. It takes time for me to write this review since English is not my first language, and it's difficult for me to describe my wonderful experience with Tom thru this messages. However, I will try my best. If you are looking for an expert, punctual, spectacular and fantastic personal trainer, don't hesitate to contact Tom. It might sounds exaggerate when you are keep reading this review, however; please allow me explain this clearly. I though I might have same experience with you guys, otherwise; you would not found this review. I never ever feel like I want to go workout...why? 1. I don't know how to start 2. I feel unconfident 3. I don't know how to use the machine 4. I don't want other people look at me 5. I don't have motivation....million reasons I could write down. I believe you might feel the same way as I did. I was a member of a huge fitness center and paid silly money for 20x private training session. I barely see how different when I first started and last session. First time, I met Tom, he absolutely changed the game. He listened to me, explained how I could achieve my goal and boost my confident. My sessions are never predictable. Tom always give me a challenge, fresh and fun workout. You will never get bored when you see him. He changed, adapted and tried new exercise positions to help me go through a tough session. He encourage and gave a technique which is very helpful. I always feel time flies fast when I workout with Tom. Soreness is a gift, but you will see a wonderful result. Unfortunately, I have to relocated, I don't know how could I find another him again. Finding a personal trainer is not difficult, but finding a personal trainer that be honest and give you a "friendship" might take a lifetime period. I'm lucky enough to found one. Sarah
