- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most vacation packaging includes my commission so the client never pays me directly. However, for my Destination Weddings, custom itinerary, or airfare only clients there is a non-refundable agent fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a brief consultation with each client to get a feel for their travel experiences, what they are looking for in their next vacation and to understand their budget. If the trip is more intricate, like a Destination Wedding or custom itinerary, I will schedule a more in-depth consultation in order to get specific information regarding their event/vacation. Each client is unique and understanding whether they want a laid-back vacation filled with pampering, or a high-adventure getaway is key to providing the World-Class Service that my clients have come to trust. My goal is to know my client, understand their preferences and ensure their vacation is as stress-free and seamless as possible. My client's goal is simple. Enjoy the experience!

I am a Destination Wedding & Honeymoon Specialist. I also specialize in the following Destinations: Disney, Carnival Cruises, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Princess Cruises, California, Hawaii, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Antigua, Caribbean, Orlando, Florida, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Las Vegas, New Orleans, New York, and Virginia.
