As a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, I always knew the importance of taking care of my body, but I couldn’t figure out why I always felt terrible. I struggled with constant migraines, bloating, nausea, PMS, acne, relationship with food, weight gain, low energy, you name it!
Through my education and desire to get to the bottom of health issues, I discovered that the body is designed to heal and optimal ways to help the body do so. With proper knowledge, support, supplementation, and testing, I help others get to the root cause of their symptoms and feel better than they knew they could!
I have a very science based approach to Nutrition. I focus on stool testing and food sensitivity testing. My main priority we start with is digestion, as everything starts in the gut! A healthy gut is a healthy body!
