Introduction: I my name is Daniel Garcia , in 2006 went to. Trade school to study Building Maintenace I learned residential plumbing, electrical ,drywall, carpentry etc 2007 finished school and got a Job same year and I have been working as apartment technician for over 12 years, I have been working with different management company’s doing different kind of projects from fixing a slab leak,garbage disposal, fixing a bad breaker, changing a door, painting etc actually I’m working in a senior building in downtown.

Working with Daniel the very first time was a pleasure! He was prompt, he confirmed he time he would be here and arrived on time! His work is of the highest quality!! He installed a safety bar next to my bathtub. When he started to drill he saw the wall was brick not plaster. He knew to put "8 anchors" into the wall for security. That bar is not going anywhere! I will definitely be hiring him again as I need his services without hesitation!!

Professional, punctual, polite, honest, friendly, flexible, and knowledgeable. We had a great experience with Daniel and would definitely hire him again. We highly recommend him to others. He installed two ceiling fans for us in areas where there were no previous fixtures. He installed all of the wiring, patched and finished the drywall, assembled the fans, and mounted them.

I needed a kitchen sink faucet replaced. I hired Hector because he seemed the best choice for what I was looking for. He showed up on time, even a little early. He was prepared for the scope of work and completed it in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my new faucet installation. He gave me tips and was very friendly (even to my dogs who barked at him a little). I will definitely hire Hector again.
