- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system can be as simple or complicated as you prefer. Most customers don't need to get into the details and trust that I'm looking out for them. The complication can arise if you have specific complex requirements that you know you want up front, which is fine, but I can also make it very simple for you too.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly staying on top of my field - they don't teach many online marketing classes in college, so all of the information is through blogs and books. Blogs such as moz.com, seerinteractive.com, distilled.net to name a few.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Building web sites for small businesses that don't have a web presence or want to revamp their current one within budget. Medium sized businesses with an established customer base and web presence that want more traffic and customers.
