I like understanding their needs and fit into their budget, I can bring samples or they are more than welcome to our truck for sampling.

Our Chef, Simone Bellim, was trained by Italian Gelato Master Carlo Viti, under Carlo she learned the secrets and techniques of the best gelato in the world, on her own kitchen she continue to develop new flavors and new recipes.
