Monica was a pleasure to work with. She did a great job helping with the process of planning and making sure things got done. Ramiro with Excellent party rental was seriously the best decision for my Nov 1 wedding. Ramiro was scheduled to deliver and set up on Saturday morning- he was on time and did everything i asked! Also- last minute I needed heaters. Ramiro was able to provide them. All of his prices were reasonable and I would recommend Ramiro for your wedding or events! He did a great job!

Where do i begin about Hannah. I've known Hannah for a little while now but never ever did i know she had this amazing talent to her. Hannah is hands down the best wedding/event coordinator that i could have ever asked for. She puts in the time and effort to make sure your day is everything you could have imagined and more. Hannah and I were both on the same page when it came to little details and new ideas of where things should be placed. Gosh i couldnt even begin to say all the little things i would forget which trust me being a bride you do forget the littlest details you need for the day of and thank god for Hannah she was right there to remind me of everything needed. She really took the time to understand what i wanted and made it come to life. I had so many people after my wedding come up to me and tell me my wedding was the smoothest wedding the had been too, no mistakes, no drama, everything just flowed exactly how it should have and again that is thanks to Hannah . Hannah made sure that i was ok getting ready and that i was staying calm and just remembering to breath and to most of all enjoy it and take it all in because that day passes by in a blink of an eye and it was soooooooo true, so thank you again for that Hannah, your the best in the business by far !!!!! We ordered lunch for our wedding rehearsal day through Steal Your Taste Catering Company. Our menu consisted of tacos, beans, rice, and salad. It was all delicious and affordable! We had a ton of left overs that kept us fed and satisfied all the week. David also rented a margarita machine on our behalf and has it delivered with all the mixings. This company was organized, yummy, and reliable! I would highly recommend David and Steal Your Taste Catering Company.

We had them cater our Wedding last weekend and they were a godsend. I could go on and on about how wonderful, caring, attentive and friendly they were. While planning they were a great source of advice and guidance. Chef Renee gracefully answered my parents' (numerous) questions basically being our caterer/wedding planner. Most importantly the food was delicious!! The passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour were outstanding and everyone complimented the incredible dinner! To top it all off our cake was delicious and beautiful, Did I say delicious!! They also provided friendly and attentive bartenders and waitstaff. Everything was so good, our guests were so happy and full... we are still receiving compliments. The entire team was professional and so attentive and they really set up our tables beautifully! Chef Renee and her team went above and beyond our expectations and really made our day perfect! If you hire them you won't be disappointed!! We can't wait until the occasion comes to use them again!

Andrea at Events by Abel is truly fantastic! I first met Andrea through her organizing a running event, and the weekend went by seamlessly. I next attended an event she coordinated to raise money for the American Cancer Society. That event was classy, tasteful and so creative. Andrea is incredibly organized, super detail-oriented and has one of the strongest work ethics I've ever seen. Not to mention, she can make anyone she's around feel comfortable and at ease. Our experience couldn't be any better. Rinna is an amazing wedding planner and individual as a whole. She went above and beyond all of our expectations and made our wedding run smoothly without any problems. She was so helpful, cordial, and available at any hour of the day. I was able to communicate with her all day and night by email, text, phone and have no complaints. Rinna even took the time to meet my close family so that she knew who to communicate with on the big day and was ok with all of the last minute changes we had asked for. She made sure everything was on schedule and even assisted in creating my seating chart last minute. She is an amazing planner and HIGHLY recommend her to EVERYONE. Although she was no familiar with my traditions and customs she took time to learn everything and made sure everything turned out perfectly. She will not disappoint. Thank you Rinna!!

I needed a Wedding Coordinator to decorate the reception venue on the day of the wedding since I wasn’t going to have time to do so, Valentina contacted me and from her initial email I knew she was perfect! Her email stood out from others due to her professionalism and well thought out questions, she came off as someone that knew what the job entailed and asked all the right questions. The wedding was 5 months away Valentina kept in touch and as the date draw closer scheduled a meeting to go over the details meeting her in person just solidified my decision. Throughout the months Valentina made sure to very politely keep in touch with me always offering to help in anything needed despite the fact that I had only hired her for the day of. In the few days before the wedding she contacted me to check on last details, 3 days before the wedding I had to completely change the lay-out and was in constant communication with her for the next 2 days. Valentina went above and beyond to make our day perfect, I really never did worry about the reception decoration because she was in charge she gave me such peace of mind it was really great to be able to trust someone so much and not have to worry. The day came and she did an absolutely great job, she got to the venue early, set up the tables, décor, managed the florist and arrangements, deliveries, picked up a cake, greeted our guests and announced our entrance. Valentina was absolutely amazing and wedding coordination is really her calling, she had great taste decorating the cake table, gift table, everything looked beautiful. She added a few flowers to the cake and sent me a picture for approval it was so classy and beautiful and something I hadn’t thought of. Valentina was a joy to work with, always professional, kind and willing to do a great job she was my best vendor and I’m so grateful for her she saved me a lot of stress and did a great job my guests were blown way and are still talking about how beautiful the reception was. I’m a Project Planner by profession and looked forward to planning my own wedding which was fun, but I would not hesitate to hire Valentina and just let her plan and execute the entire event, in fact had I known her earlier I probably would just have hired and let her design and manage it. Glennie and her team was Everything I had hoped for and more! They were so helpful throughout the entire process, went above and beyond, and we’re so detail oriented and amazing. I really did not have to plan my wedding because they had it all planned for me. I just had a vision, I told him what I wanted, and they made it happen. I would highly recommend Glennie and her team To everyone I know. My wedding of 450 gas and having it on today’s was so fun and exciting. If I were to have it again in 10 years, I would definitely rebook with her.

Krista did my wedding invitations and my wedding favor tags. I was blown away! Every aspect of planning my wedding was becoming more and more stressful, and the first fun thing I did for my wedding was to work with Krista on making a design for my invitations. I did not have a clear vision of what I wanted and Krista helped me to make decisions through small steps. It was overwhelming looking online at all sorts of different invitations, but Krista asked me simple questions that helped me to weed out what I didn’t want and discover what I did want. I ended up with an overall product that really gave guests a glimpse into what the wedding would be like. I had so many compliments on my invitations, and they were one of a kind. Krista was always quick to respond to me, met all of her deadlines, and never even batted an eye when I asked for MULTIPLE revisions. Her attention to detail is amazing, and there is nothing I would change about my final product. I had no idea that I could get custom invitations at a reasonable price. Only a few weeks before my wedding I asked if Krista could help me with my favor tags since I was running out of time to do them myself. Krista came up with an amazing design that matched our invitations and had them to me in record time. Working with Krista on the invitations and favor tags was probably the smoothest part of planning my wedding.     What does a wedding event coordinator do?

    Pulling off a large, complex wedding or an elegant, small affair requires juggling myriad details, including the officiant, food, drink, wedding cake, entertainment, transportation, rehearsal dinner, photography, equipment rentals, venue reservations and more. A wedding planner can be contracted at any stage in the wedding planning process to help to any degree the couple is willing to pay for. Wedding planning is similar to event planning in that a planning team handles the coordination of multiple wedding elements including catering, venue, guests, entertainment, decor, transportation and more. Anyone who has ever been involved in a wedding can confirm that wedding planning is hard work. Experience brings wisdom when it comes to avoiding or resolving day-of challenges. There is no legal regulatory body that oversees or certifies wedding planning as an industry. Anyone who chooses can call themselves a wedding planner.     How much do day-of wedding coordinators cost?

    A day-of wedding coordinator makes sure that every detail of your wedding day goes off without a hitch, and deals quickly and quietly with any last-minute emergencies. For many brides, the day-of wedding coordinator is their best investment! The average national cost for a wedding coordinator is $800 to $1,000. Although full-service wedding coordinators often charge a percentage of the total wedding budget, most day-of coordinators charge a flat fee plus an additional hourly fee if the day runs long. For example, a 15-hour day-of coordination costs an average of $600, plus an additional $45 per hour if the coordinator works more than the planned 15 hours. Another option is to hire a coordinator to manage the last-minute details leading up to the event; for example, 25 hours of month-of coordination costs an average of $1,200. Several factors affect the cost of day-of coordination, including the region, the planner’s experience, and the specifics of the wedding. If the ceremony and reception are in two different locations, expect to pay more than if they’re in the same place. Also, extra details, such as managing food trucks or setting up snacks in addition to the meal, will increase the cost.

    What should you ask a wedding coordinator?

    When you hire a wedding coordinator, you want to make sure he or she gets you and can execute perfectly your vision of your dream wedding. To find the very best fit, it’s important to ask these five questions:

    • Are you available on my wedding date? If the coordinator isn’t available on your big day, there’s no reason to continue the interview — unless you’re willing to shift your date to accommodate their schedule.
    • What’s average cost of most of your weddings? If the coordinator’s usual wedding is outside your range, they might not be the right coordinator for you. Ask whether the coordinator requires a minimum wedding budget. In general, the wedding coordinator’s fee should be about 15 percent of your budget.
    • What is your speciality? Some coordinators specialize in day-of coordination, some create the overall vision, and others act as a producer. Make sure your wedding coordinator provides the type of services that will most help you create the event you have in mind, such as selecting vendors and handling their contracts, or managing the guest list and invitations.
    • What are your ideas for fulfilling our wedding vision? After you describe your dream wedding — rustic or sophisticated, traditional or funky — the wedding coordinator should be able to suggest appropriate venues, menus, decorations, etc..

    Do you have a portfolio? Ask to see photos of their favorite weddings, especially if they’ve managed any that are similar to what you have in mind. This will help you see if you like their style and if their ideas seem fresh and creative.

    Do I need a wedding day coordinator?

    Even if you’ve handled every detail of planning your wedding, you might appreciate having a day-of wedding coordinator in your corner. Usually, the coordinator meets with you a few weeks before your wedding to put together a detailed timeline of everything that needs to happen on your wedding day. Then, on the big day, the coordinator makes sure everything goes according to plan — and handles any emergencies that pop up, such as party crashers, missing tuxedos, late vendors, disappearing bridal party members and more. Most wedding coordinators also handle:

    • Distributing the wedding day timeline to all of your vendors.
    • Coordinating all of your vendors, including the photographer, florist and baker.
    • Conducting the wedding rehearsal.
