LV went over and beyond what we expected from her when we hired her as wedding coordinator (day of). She made everything stress free for us, smooth and as perfect as it could possibly be. We originally planned to do everything by ourselves but we realized that this is not possible. It is also not fair to task relatives or friends to help out with wedding preps as we want them to just have fun on our special occasion. The simple and only solution was to hire LV and she took care of everything. She took charge and even planned the wedding reception timeline from start to finish. From the smallest detail up to working and coordinating with all the vendors. She was just so pleasant with everybody and it felt like she was in charge of everybody like the dj, photographer, caterers etc. She managed and worked with everybody so well which made our wedding reception as perfect as it could possibly be. Hiring her is like hiring a team because she can get everybody to work together towards a common goal. Me and wife is so grateful and lucky to have hired LV as our wedding coordinator.

Andrea at Events by Abel is truly fantastic! I first met Andrea through her organizing a running event, and the weekend went by seamlessly. I next attended an event she coordinated to raise money for the American Cancer Society. That event was classy, tasteful and so creative. Andrea is incredibly organized, super detail-oriented and has one of the strongest work ethics I've ever seen. Not to mention, she can make anyone she's around feel comfortable and at ease. If I ever have an event I need help with (wedding, fundraiser, party, etc) - Andrea will be the first person I come to. If you're considering reaching out to her, I think you'll be happy you did!

Blue Ladder, my gosh... is perfection. Diamant has been a gem in accommodating me and my team at the Hilton San Diego Mission Valley. Her work is stunning. She has a keen eye for original arrangements and never ceases to amaze me with her creativity! Every bride dreams of their special day and I am no different. My husband and I had so much to do to make our dream wedding come to life. We hired Vanessa to help make our dreams come true and we are so glad we did. Vanessa had been amazing from the very first time I spoke with her. Even before hiring her she gave me great advice, gave me pointers, and also made sure I asked all the necessary questions. She got along well with my husband, myself, and my entire family. She is always very organized, professional and concerned in making sure everything goes perfect the day of. I honestly have no idea what I would have done without her. She made sure all my worries were her own and that I had an enjoyable and relaxing day, which I did. I needed a Wedding Coordinator to decorate the reception venue on the day of the wedding since I wasn’t going to have time to do so, Valentina contacted me and from her initial email I knew she was perfect! Her email stood out from others due to her professionalism and well thought out questions, she came off as someone that knew what the job entailed and asked all the right questions. The wedding was 5 months away Valentina kept in touch and as the date draw closer scheduled a meeting to go over the details meeting her in person just solidified my decision. Throughout the months Valentina made sure to very politely keep in touch with me always offering to help in anything needed despite the fact that I had only hired her for the day of. In the few days before the wedding she contacted me to check on last details, 3 days before the wedding I had to completely change the lay-out and was in constant communication with her for the next 2 days. Valentina went above and beyond to make our day perfect, I really never did worry about the reception decoration because she was in charge she gave me such peace of mind it was really great to be able to trust someone so much and not have to worry. The day came and she did an absolutely great job, she got to the venue early, set up the tables, décor, managed the florist and arrangements, deliveries, picked up a cake, greeted our guests and announced our entrance. Valentina was absolutely amazing and wedding coordination is really her calling, she had great taste decorating the cake table, gift table, everything looked beautiful. She added a few flowers to the cake and sent me a picture for approval it was so classy and beautiful and something I hadn’t thought of. Valentina was a joy to work with, always professional, kind and willing to do a great job she was my best vendor and I’m so grateful for her she saved me a lot of stress and did a great job my guests were blown way and are still talking about how beautiful the reception was. I’m a Project Planner by profession and looked forward to planning my own wedding which was fun, but I would not hesitate to hire Valentina and just let her plan and execute the entire event, in fact had I known her earlier I probably would just have hired and let her design and manage it. Charlie Walkrich was the DJ at my wedding in August, and he was *excellent*! My husband and I wanted some music that is outside the norm for typical weddings (i.e. hard rock). Charlie was able to blend in our favorites while still pleasing the entire crowd. He really took our musical tastes into account. We had asked for an extremely out-of-the ordinary song to be introduced to, and even though he didn't have it in his musical collection, he was able to get it for the wedding. We also had a few songs on our "don't play" list, and he stood firm on not playing them even with many requests (and even with a proposed $20 bribe from my sister!!). We had many compliments on how great the DJ was, and how well the music fit the tastes and personalities of me and my husband. Thank you, Charlie!!!

Glennie and her team was Everything I had hoped for and more! They were so helpful throughout the entire process, went above and beyond, and we’re so detail oriented and amazing. I really did not have to plan my wedding because they had it all planned for me. I just had a vision, I told him what I wanted, and they made it happen. I would highly recommend Glennie and her team To everyone I know. My wedding of 450 gas and having it on today’s was so fun and exciting. If I were to have it again in 10 years, I would definitely rebook with her.

Melinda did a wonderful job with my wedding. I am a pretty laid back bride who wasn't sure what I wanted. Melinda was an excellent advocate and thought of things that I wouldn't have in a million years. She is thorough, professional, and organized. My wedding went off without a hitch. In the busy wedding planning craziness, it is easy to get caught up in the cost of everything and to try to do it all yourself. Trust me, it's not worth it. Hiring Melinda was the best choice I made with my wedding.

We are a brand new Outdoor venue in Jamul, California. Jamul is in the southeastern part of San Diego county. We can help you plan your wedding and refer you to quality friendly budget vendors with work together with! We take pride in our venue and the vendors we refer to our clients. Our on-site coordinator will help with the planning and also with the day of coordination. Your event will be the only one schedule the weekend you have reserved.
