Yoga Shala

Introduction: Shala means 'home' or 'sanctuary' in Sanskrit. We've created the Shala as a "yoga home" for our students and see each person who comes to our classes as family. We love that yoga is for anyone at any stage of life, and we encourage you to try a class, no matter where you are in your yoga journey. We understand that your needs are unique, so we've created a space for three yogis in each class, providing the ideal environment for a personalized practice. Community is a cornerstone of our philosophy, and we endeavor to allow for opportunities for you to connect with like-minded people, both on and off the mat.
