FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to tell a good story, we need to know all the details. Because of this, we prefer our clients to go through a discovery process before we even start to discuss the details of a video. For smaller jobs, this could be as simple as a quick phone call. For larger projects, it could be a process that spans weeks and even thousands of miles in searching for the perfect story. But no matter how big or small a job is, we MUST understand the story we're telling. Once we have a solid understanding of the project, we will submit a flexible proposal with all of the details. Once this is approved, we perform pre-production, shoot the video, and then edit and add any extras. Once the video is approved by the client, we then get to work on implementing the video marketing portion of the proposal which includes an entire plan and process for not just getting the video seen, but also includes how we track those viewers and leverage that information to better market to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan Cathey, our Founder has over 16 years experience in the video production industry, exclusively focusing on corporate storytelling throughout his entire career. All combined, our team holds over 35 years experience in telling compelling visual stories.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently produced over 30 videos for Utility Trailer Manufacturers that highlighted their awesome 100 year history. One of these videos focused on the company's contribution to America's victory in World War II. We were able to take historic, top-secret footage of one of the trailers they developed for transporting ammunition and compile it with photos, music and a voice over in order to produce a video that brought some of the audience of truckers and corporate leaders to tears.
