Jeanne Peters was rsferred to me by my sister. I thought enough of whaymt i had heared about her expert evaluations that i traveled fro Arizona to meet wigh her..she did a thorough Nutritional evaluation and i must say no one since including my own physicians gave me the time she afforded me. Jeanne Peters turned on a light to Vitamin D deficiencies and can only blame myself for not placing a Vitamin order once i realized they could be beneficial... I joined in Jeanne Peters Bone Density Camp online for several evening and once again was very impressed.. i have visited CALIF and have stopped in on ocassion but have found her out of the office.Sorry i missed you. Jeanhe Peters evaluated my yearly results on Blood work with her recommendations. Having a Nutritionist as sharp and intelligent as Jeanne Peters is an essentiall need for each of us..Once you are advised in regards to your health listen and take hede. I neglected to take Vit D and became ill it affecting my immune system..after a year of chronic ilness i can say that the Vit D is essential in my well being. Jeanne Peters is available and it is our responsibility to govern our health and call on her for advice visits and ongoing nutritional care and support. I love her videos of her Kale Salad and her soup made from cooking a variety of bones. I learned so much. You see i was listening closely and will once again review and assess and follow through in regards to my health. Thank you Jeanne Peters for opening my eyes to good health. !!!!

Eric Jay as a fitness/nutritionist coach is thumbs up! After working out with him in his beautiful home in Rolling Hills Estates I was impressed. He was courteous, patient and very knowledgeable. I had been feeling tired and sick all the time and going through a plethora of unknown skin allergies and emotions and a friend of mine suggested I talk to a dietitian/nutritionist. I met with Sascha and as I began to explain my long drawn out physical issues, she asked me a few simple questions and was able to give me an analysis of exactly what I needed to change my diet and eating habits to help improve my overall wellness. It was much more detailed than just your standard diet and excercise and she provided me with a plan that was suited to me. Intuitive Eating is where it is at for me. I believe life is to be enjoyed while being mindful. Lisa has an important message: trust yourself. Find out if you are eating because of hunger or something else. If it is not hunger, one can go to the next step and figure out (not easy) what is it that is bothering them. I found out I eat out of boredom. Now, I try to stop. The only pressure in this work is to listen to your own voice. I hope everyone will do this work. I first met Andrea about two years ago, to help me eat healthier and improve my lifestyle. She's been tremendous, and more importantly I've had results. I've lost weight, but I'm really proud of the way it happened. With Andrea, it's not about crash dieting. It's about choosing the right foods, and the right portions. I used to eat Fast Food almost 10 times a week! But I have pretty much stopped completely, and definitely no more McDonalds. I now eat foods like kale, flaxseed, oatmeal, tofu, that I normally wouldn't have eaten. And I feel much better for it. Andrea had the perfect attitude for me.
