- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I can start a relatively low hourly rate or take a flat rate for a monthly service or per project. Customers could just contact me to discuss further in details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will give my potential client a quote with itemized charges with hours will be spent in specific areas that will ensure s/he could meet her needs on deadline and budget. Once the quote is approved, I will prepare a work plan with time frame and start getting tasks done with efficiency and effectiveness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from UC Berkeley with a very competitive major in Economics. I also completed 24-unit requirement to sit for the CPA exams.
