Jose came out from Nana Appliance Repair and fixed my washing machine. Hallelujah! I called another repair company via my warranty company that was unable to complete the service going back as far as 12/27/18 (they came 5 separate times). Jose came out after being scheduled the same day attempting to fix work that was left by the other company. He was professional, courteous and proficient. He was able to clear an obstruction that was the issue of my machine. It speaks to his thorough work ethic because this could have been resolved by the other company if they treated the job as a priority. I am confident in Nana company and I will definitely use them again whether I stay with the warranty company or not. Thank you Jose!

Huy, was the technician who responded to our service call. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Huy called 1/2 hour before he arrived, put down a cloth so my floors were kept dry, and he cleaned up his work area when he left. He worked on our Bosch dishwasher (Error E:24) and checked that all the areas were working well and draining correctly, even after he identified a hose that needed to be replaced (so he wouldn't miss anything). Then Huy kindly wrote a detailed diagram of where and how the replacement hose (plumbing, not dishwasher) needed to be installed, and how to make sure it was done correctly. Very helpful and personable. Well worth the price. While I originally contacted the Appliance Doctor (and was contacted by Nana, instead so I was a little confused at first) it appears that we made a good call sticking with Nana. Note that there was not an option for same day service but that ended up not being much of an issue for us. We were offered several appointment dates and time blocks, including a weekend.
