My freezer had stopped holding the right temperature, melting my ice cream and causing my ice maker to leak water. I got as far as I felt comfortable taking it apart myself, but thought I was in over my head when the evaporator fan seemed to be functional. Oleg and co arrived on time and took a quick look at the freezer. After a few minutes they informed me that it was, in fact, the evaporator fan motor that was broken, an issue they’d seen often with my model of freezer. With their diagnosis, I was confident that I would be able to order a replacement motor and complete the repair myself. I was worried that they would try to pressure me into going through them, but they were understanding and helpful, even offering tips about what to be mindful of. Their advice was well worth the cost, and the freezer is now up and running again, although I have yet to restock it with ice cream!

My dishwasher had a mysterious pan flood failure where it refused to reset. The guys at Quality Appliance came over and spent 2-2.5 hours taking the dishwasher apart to see if they can diagnose the cause of failure. Although they were unable to pinpoint the exact cause, they were at least able to get the thing to reset and run again, and made sure that nothing else was wrong. They were very responsive and punctual during the booking process as well. I also like that they have a 6 month guarantee on their labor and have a flat rate per job.
