I had Mary mock up a 3D model of a kitchen and bath remodel we did at the start of the year. She was very quick, and the model was exactly what we were looking for to understand what the design would look like, and to pull plans off of. She provided several views and a short video walkthrough of the space in 3D, and then accompanying plans and sections. She also went back and forth with us to edit the model/design to get exactly what we wanted. If I ever do any other work to my house, I will contact her.Jul 31, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually work at an hourly rate, which can vary from $50-$70/hour, depending on the scope of work required. I also establish a cap amount charged, so that you as the client know what to expect financially. Once I exceed the hours of the cap, the work will be completed at not charge. I am open to working with you to establishing a payment schedule/system so that all involved feel comfortable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get an idea of the scope of work, and then establish a schedule based on the timeframe agreed upon. I will clearly itemize deliverables you can expect/require, and then we can set up deadlines.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a M. Arch degree, and have worked for both larger architecture firms as well as smaller-scale green residential studios. I have experience carrying a project through from as-built measurements and schematic design to pulling a building permit, and connecting the client with a contractor.
