From my first encounter with Cian I was impressed with his honesty in the way he worked, his availability and his ease of communication as I described the scope of the project.
Cian has just begun to 'dive into' the first project for me and in the time he has been collaborative as well as worked diligently, swiftly and asked questions along the way.
This project is one that will evolve with time (under a permit) and Cian has been impressed me with his understanding of where the project will evolve.
Cian also connected me with a couple of his subcontractors and they also were responsive, knowledgeable and eager to help with the project.
The project will continue in 2023 and I look forward to having Cian be on the project watching it take shape.

Cian helped us with carpentry repairs to our patio deck. He does fast, competent work at a reasonable price. He has enough experience to give good advice that hits the middle ground of getting what you need without going overboard. Price estimates were accurate and he had good suggestions to prolong the life of the deck, as well as suggesting safety enhancements. Highly recommended.

Cian installed new flooring in our nursery. We previously had carpet in the entire room, and Cian completely transformed the space with this update. The room looks stunning and he was easy to work with!
