Introduction: I believe its because I use fresh seasonal organic produce organic and free range chicken and I can create menus for vegans, vegetarians and the gluten free folks. I really think a lot about what I want to make and make sure its great and not let anything slip by if its not top notch First creating new menus and the challenge of always coming up with something new. I love parties, going to new places and meeting so many different groups of people. Its a dream job and I love what I do.

We had an excellent experience with Rozanna -- she was very responsive leading up to the event, attentive during the event, and provided plenty of food. Highly recommend the Mini Caprice Salad On Crostini and Meat Balls In Marinara Sauce.
