My IMac Pro was overheating and crashing late in the evening so I put a request for repair. Elvin was the first to respond and promptly arrived in the morning and took apart the computer and was able to fix the problem in a couple of hours while I worked and took meetings from my other laptop. Thank god, because I did not want to put a ticket in the Apple Store and ship my computer off for a week and spend good knows how much.

Newly divorced after 34 years, I am used to having an “extra hand” to help me hook up my computer, resolve networking and application issues, and with some lifting (swing arms and attaching big monitors). After much frustration trying to re-set up on my own I finally sought someone to connect my desktop system quickly, efficiently, and soon. Elvin set up my desk mounted swing arms, attached my monitors, hooked up all peripherals, connected to the network, and tested all peripherals. He was very neat. And he knew how to ask the right questions if I needed to find a missing cable. Elvin’s rates and hourly minimum are both reasonable.
