- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pretty basic, I charge hourly for the time I spend with you at your location. I don't charge for travel time unless it is out of my normal service area.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a conversation about your needs and what you are looking to get out of our time together. We then work together to come up with a plan to make those goals happen!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is never ending. Always reading blogs and researching answers for my clients. There is lots training and certifications that I need to keep up with to be listed on the Apple Consultants network.
