I can’t yet offer reviews of workmanship or overall results because the project is currently in a ‘limbo’ state with additional assessments on structural issues beneath the area of stucco opened up during the first phase of demolition and complexities of an insurance claims process associated with the water leak which prompted this project initially.
I can say that Kevin has been responsive, communicative and helpful, doing what he can to support this project so far — understanding that until the main source or cause of water damage is identified and resolved, completing any exterior repairs necessarily has to be put on hold.
