I highly recommend this company for any catering services you need! My company hired Taqueria Cazadores for our Christmas party, the food was a hit! We were looking for a "day of" coordinator for our wedding...so I started looking on Thumbtack for help. After reading reviews on Michael and his profile, we met up at a local coffee shop to talk about what our needs were and if he could do it. I had a great feeling about him right then...I even showed him our card table ideas and wedding favors, and he gave me better ideas of how to set them up (talk about "thinking outside the box!"). Up until the BIG day, he kept in touch, asked how things were going and if I needed any help....I so much appreciated these messages being the nervous bride! The day of, he was punctual, was able to get through a "check list" I made him regarding set up and timing...and, most importantly, he kept me calm! If any "hiccup" came up, he fixed it in an instant! I truly believe our wedding ran smoothly and on time, thanks to Michael! I would definitely hire him again for any party planning/coordinating needs...or even floral needs (he is a great florist, too!) Thank you so much, Michael! I don't know what I would have done without you!
Tiffany was amazing in her direct, kind communication, timeliness and organization. I have a full time job at a startup so, not a ton of time for wedding organization stuff, so I was incredibly grateful that Tiffany stepped in and handled all of the month before details, from day of coordination, to dealing with vendors, to last minute surprise rain and figuring out what to do with our partially outside wedding. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Alisa is very professional. Her food was very delicious and everyone enjoyed her cooking. On Nov 9, 2014 our non profit outreach organization held a fund raising event. Everyone told me her food was out of this world. I highly recommend Alisa's services. Alisa is amongst the best around the Bay Area. My husband Garth, myself and our volunteers enjoyed Alisa and her tasty dishes.
Elizabeth was wonderful, and I'm very happy that we were able to find her. We had a fairly simple wedding, and didn't need a huge amount of coordination help, but I wanted to have somebody in charge of the day of so my family and I could enjoy the day stress-free. Many other wedding coordinators don't offer a more basic, affordable package, so I was thrilled when we found Elizabeth. She went above and beyond in providing email and phone support before the wedding to make sure everything was on track, and then did all of the set up on the big day. She didn't blink an eye about some of the elements of a traditional wedding that we decided to skip (like a DJ), and even helped with some basic emcee duties. I also appreciated that she was laid back and nonjudgmental, while still being very detail oriented. I've recommended Elizabeth to a few of my friends.
AnnaMarie did a fantastic job coordinating my wedding. I did most of the prep work, and then she made sure the day went off without a hitch! She made sure follow my wishes for the overall feel of the day and there was no detail left out. We definitely couldn't have done it without her! Nick and the staff at famous creations is amazing and the prices are unbelievable! My first experience with them was to jure to cater my best friends baby shower. They were amazing and totally professional. The experience was so wonderful I then hired him to hHandel my day of coordination for.my wedding and to make my wedding cake. Nick was extremely professional at all times and helped to make my day perfect. In would recommend him to anyone and have sent a lot of business his way.
Matt did a great job with the bouquets for my wedding, they turned out beautifully! He was willing to work with me on my budget and preferences. He was able to create the bouquets based off inspo-photos I gave him and my color preferences. He also offers a lot of great options for rentals and lighting. It's a big plus when you can get everything you need from one person instead of having a bunch of different vendors! I had a couple last minute changes to my lighting and ceremony deco, and he was very flexible and offered me alternatives to accommodate. One suggestion is that I would have liked more communication and responsiveness. Overall, he was a pleasure to work with and he does wonderful work!
Khadija and James exceeded our expectations in so many ways! We hired them only 2 weeks before the wedding and they nailed it! Khadija is so organized and professional, while being very easy going and personable. She was so easy to talk to and with just one meeting and a couple emails she grasped the vision and feeling I wanted for our wedding effortlessly. Beth is a wonderful, understanding, patient and caring florist. She truly loves her job and has a passion for floral design. She is also great about coordinating day of events. I hired Beth to do flowers for my Mexican themed wedding, as well as assist me in day of coordination. She went as far as traveling with me to a pick-your-own dahlias farm where we decided on which flowers would be the best for my bouquets and arrangements the day before the wedding. Beth is also timely, responds to emails very quickly and is very well organized. I have recommended her to other friends for their weddings and they also had very positive experiences with her. When I consulted her for advice on my wedding coordination, Beth had wonderful insights and opinions due to her years of experience. In short, Beth has a great eye for design and is very patient with her clients. I know I was always changing my mind and on the fence, and Beth did a great job keeping me on track and helping me make important decisions regarding my floral arrangements and wedding coordination.

From a parents perspective, the day your only daughter gets married is a day like no other! Looking back at Jessica and Mikes wedding last year at Mission Santa Clara, we are filled with deep gratitude for the many amazing vendors that contributed to such a memorable day - and Mary Kay Mitchell of MKultra Events was at the top of our list! Contracting with Mary Kay to help us plan and organize the myriad of details and logistics was undeniably one of our smartest decisions! I'll never forget Mary Kay's reassuring words on the day we first met, several months before the wedding: "YOUR job is to celebrate, have fun, be with your daughter, your future son-in-law, your family...and experience fully the joy of each moment of the day! Forget about the the logistical details, the vendors, and 'To Do' tasks. That's MY job - Leave that to me!" Whew! A huge weight and concern was lifted from our shoulders! In the months before the wedding, Mary Kay collaborated and strategized with us on event planning/details such as reception table decor, flowers, maps, web content, directional signage, music, gift-baskets for our out-of-town guests, etc., etc. When 20+ relatives arrived from the East Coast the week before the wedding, we could "let go" and hand the remaining 'To Do' lists and details over to Mary Kay! After months and months of planning, the 'Big Day' goes by in a flash. As a parent, what do you want to remember? Certainly not logistics or unexpected surprises. No one has a crystal ball, and one never knows what unexpected issue or circumstance might "pop up" on the actual day of the wedding. With her years of hands-on experience, numerous vendor connections and expertise in wedding planning and large events, our hearts and minds were *immediately* put at ease. We knew Mary Kay could handle any situation that might come up. Mary Kay, your 'can-do' attitude, positive energy, creative solutions, time (and money!) saving suggestions, excellent planning and communication skills, infectious laugh and sense of humor... well, simply put, we truly cannot THANK YOU enough. We feel doubly blessed, as we now have a new friend in you! :-) You've made a HUGE difference in our lives - and ensured that a once-in-a-lifetime day filled with high and heartfelt emotions, nervous energy, joyful tears, prayers, celebration, dancing, laughter and love would be a day like no other!
I contacted Rubal for emergency help planning a birthday party for my 3-year-old nephew and she exceeded expectations and then some. She really listened to what we wanted - she brings an amazing balance of creativity and flawless execution to the event planning process. There wasn't a detail that was overlooked - and she clearly cared about personalizing the party for us and for my nephew. She was also an absolute pleasure to work with - a great eye for design, and a fantastic sense of humor and patience. Highly recommend.
Day of Coordination Jill and her team was great. From the pre-date meetings to the day of the wedding she was constantly asking me how she could help and had great ideas in problem solving some last minute changes. The whole thing came together better then we could have imagined! Highly recommend!
Olivia oasis was a life saver for my wedding...not only are the ladies extremely gifted but they did not allow me to stress out which is usually unheard of for a bride to be. The assisted me with appointments , arrangements etc. The decorations were beautiful and the program ran smoothly. If i were you, I would look no more because you have found a winner!
Martha did an amazing job coordinating the day of my wedding. She is so calm, sweet, organized, has great communication skills and is just so, so genuine. I was not stressed the day before or the day of because I really trusted Martha and knew she would do an awesome job!
Our overall experience with Dj Swell was great! I appreciated how he was responsive to our request about changing event dates. The day of the event he was on time and well prepared. He exceeded our expectations and everyone loved him! We will be sure to book him again in the future.
Marissa planned my entire wedding in May of 2015. From wedding invitations, to center pieces, to the our planning meetings, Marissa always came prepared as well as ready to take on the next "idea" I had. She kept me clam, relaxed and truthfully I enjoyed the whole process and I owe that to her. Marissa's work ethic far exceeded my expectations for an event planner. With her commitment and organization she nailed every detail for my wedding. Lastly, my venue had a few problems the day before and day of my wedding, but I never knew about them, or was troubled/stressed by them for Marissa took on the challenges and had them solved even before I knew what happened. I have recommended Marissa to several of my friends and family members for she really puts the JOY in the event you're planning.
Christina and her team at CRC Custom Events were amazing! We would 100% recommend her. We hired her for day-of coordination and venue decor. She did so much for us leading up to the wedding and making sure we were thinking through everything. She is easy to work with and we were able to trust her to use her own judgement with some of the decor arrangements. Seriously, our wedding looked so beautiful; above and beyond our expectations!
