Introduction: Hello and thanks for even reading this! I am a fun loving DJ who definitely love all types of music. Just like food It's nice to mix it up! I also provide all of the equipment and will have no issue setting it up. I always like to have a conversation to see what kind of vibe is needed so I can curate a great experience for everyone, whatever it is you have in mind we can make a game plan. Good communication is always key, and the more information I have the more I can help! As a person, I am chill and I want everyone to have a great time. I don't mind taking request, I actually like that people are comfortable enough to come on up and say something :). I'm confident in my abilities with audio since I've been working as an Audio Tech the past 7 years. we shouldnt have any technical issues, unless someone drops a drink on my equipment.. ( please don't lol) I make the music the star of the show. I have a great taste in music. I can mix your old classic jams such as Prince, The Temptations, or Earth Wind & Fire but can easily switch it up into some Hip-Hop, R&B, Dancehall, or even House. Just depends on what kind of day it is! DJ Shy is an excellent DJ who is also supportive, professional, and creative. I am incredibly delighted to have had her DJ at my Dad’s party. She was able to play my father’s favorite Island, Reggae, and Old school hits perfectly. If you are looking for a great party, DJ Shy is available for RSVP.

I legit can not say enough good things about DJ Shy. Not only is she responsive before the event and well-prepared with all the right questions, but then she SHOWS UP and people are immediately on the dance floor. Seriously, I don't think anyone sat down all night. She also MC'd for all the wedding-related "events" and worked so smoothly with my venue coordinator. Thank you so much, Shy! You just...rock!

DJ Shy was great! She played exactly the type of music we had asked for at our wedding reception and was very easy to work with when we were planning. She was already there and setup by the time we arrived. She kept the party moving along and worked with the venue coordinator to keep our timeline on schedule. She was a great MC for us throughout the night. We originally hadn’t planned on doing a first dance, but when our guests pressured us into one, she was there and ready to play the perfect song for our impromptu first dance. Without her, our night wouldn’t have gone so smoothly and beautifully. Highly recommend!
