- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent on the equipment needed for the event (for example: extra speakers or lights). I adjust the equipment based on the size of the event to make sure the party is set-up properly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we get on the phone to talk about what vibes you want the party to have. Next, I provide a new-customer questionnaire to confirm the event details. I try to make the process as simple as possible for my customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a range of customers including store managers, wedding parties, office administrators, event coordinators and non-profit fundraisers. You can currently find me in residency at numerous Crunch Gym locations in San Francisco. I've also worked on events at Victoria's Secret, Macy's and other local stores and pop-ups.
